Some Therapeutic Things to Do:

Take a drive on a country road with your favorite toons on. (you could even sing along, no one to critique your voice.)

Take a bike ride.

Go hiking.

See a sun rise or sun set.

Reconnect with someone that you haven't talked to in quite a while . Forgive them, or apologize if needed to find common ground.

Tell someone that you love them if they haven't heard that from you lately (we only get so many good people in one life time, so let them know how you feel.)

Take time just to listen, to nature, your self, or others .

Develop the ability to be in the moment.

Volunteer at church or school, or come up with your own way of meeting the needs of others.

Find your own positive addiction.
