1. Hypnosis -Inviting clients to enhance their relaxation response, heighten awareness, and teach them how to control aspects of their thought and physical processes that are seemingly uncontrollable.

2. Play Therapy - Helping children between the ages of 3-9 who are experiencing difficulty to express themselves in their natural mode of communication - play!

3. Family Therapy - Working with families to explore strengths and challenges in the family dynamics, enhance communication skills, and enrich the relationship between parents, children, and adolescents.

4. Relieving Anxiety, Stress, or Depression - Helping clients learn to reduce anxiety and depression that interferes with their personal relationships or professional performance.

5. Embracing Sexuality - Empowering clients to embrace their sexuality in terms of orientation, response, expressiveness, and healthy sexual relationships.
