About Me:  Hello! My name is Isabel and I was drawn to counseling because I have always been interested in the complexities of humans and the way that experiences can manifest in varying ways for different people. I enjoy crocheting, junk journaling, hiking and running. Whether it’s going for a morning run or cuddling in bed crocheting after a long day, I find comfort in having a healthy routine and I bring that focus to my sessions with my clients.

My Counseling: I believe that counseling works best as a collaborative experience, and I aim to work as a team with my clients to find the best solution for them. I enjoy learning about the different values and perspectives my clients bring to the table, and I enjoy being able to provide them a nonjudgmental space for discussion and processing. I am especially passionate about women’s issues and empowerment, survivors of abuse, the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone navigating tough life transitions or feeling overwhelmed with emotions. Whether you are looking for a place to learn coping skills or to process deeper wounds, I’m here to collaborate with you to find the best solution for your life.
