About Me:
Hi and welcome to CCD! I believe counseling should be a place to be vulnerable and grow with some laughs along the way. I love working with youth and their families, and incorporate activities and playfulness in my sessions with youth. I am passionate about supporting parents and caregivers with balancing what their child is presenting with, what the world is telling them and what they can actually do. I am a firm believer that everyone is doing their best and my role, as your counselor, is to be a sounding board and help broaden strategies to find peace.

When I’m not at CCD, I am spending time with my husband and son (often playing board games or getting outside). I love to cook/bake and then share (and eat) the food I cook but I almost never make the same recipe twice. I love walking outside, cross stitch sewing, singing really loud in the car and watching all the baking shows.
